I have a little ethical question. Is it ethical to send a station you are competing with e-mails, using a phony name, critical of them?
Say you are a morning host named Randolph Scott Canaan at WUSS 1260 and you send an e-mail your complaining about something that was said by the morning show hosts over on WOYR 560 using a phony name like Fred Smoot. Something like "Those two guys in the morning should be fired. They are not living up to the standards of talk radio set by 1260 AM and their host, that great American and Christian Randolph Scott Canaan." A few minutes later, Randolph Scott Canaan sends another e-mail from a "good Christan mother" named Edna Furbish that says, "Those two guys in the morning should be fired. They are not living up to the standards of talk radio set by 1260 AM and their host, that great American and Christian Randolph Scott Canaan. I would rather listen to Randolph Scott Canaan."
