Longtime KC air talent Mike Obrien is the new afternoon drive jock at 94.9 KCMO FM replacing Mark McKay (famous for doing his four and hitting the door). Mark did his last shift on Valentine's Day and will now be focusing on his imaging work which includes stations in Branson, Columbia, Joplin and numerous other stations across the country. Good luck to Mark and his lovely wife Marcia. Mike comes to KCMO from Star 102 after having also worked at KUDL and KBEQ (back in the old Super Q days). OB will also be doing two hours of production a day whereas Mark did none. Those two guys are as different as night and day, Mike is one of the nicest people in the world while Mark can be pretty cantankerous.
