| Max Floyd and Tanna Guthrie, recently canned and long time morning co-host at KYYS have filed an age discrimination law suit against Entercom. Although there is age discrimination in broadcasting, this may be tough to win since other younger air talent were fired at the same time.

| Turns out that all the jocks involved are over 40, so that could have more of an impact with EEOC than I originally thought (since 40 is the age of discrimination) also it is not yet before the court but rather with the federal agency.
