Look for Lindsay Shannon, long time host of the Kansas City Blues Show on 101 The Fox (KCFX} and owner of BB's Lawnside Bar B-Q, on The Today Show Tuesday (6/24) during the 9AM hour. He is representing K.C. Mo. in a cooking competition that is going on this week featuring restaurants from several different states. Lindsay will be serving up ribs, gumbo and bread pudding to Al Roker and some other judges.
Look out David Cook...I told Lindsay to get out of bed not comb his hair and he could be as big as the American Idol.
BB's Lawnside has excellent BBQ and cajun dishes...I think the Hot Sauce is the best I have ever had and his roadhouse is a great venue for blues bands. Check out his website at http://www.bbslawnsidebbq.com.
