It's notes he could have continued in radio and gone through the darkness of digital radio and other unknown platforms out there to make 31-million dollars over the next 20-years or sell out.  He chose to sell.

He believes the biggest threat to radio is not necessarily the Ipod but cell phones and their increasing capabilities.
