| Your question is timely since the FCC today, July 31, 2008, approved a modification to the original CP. The approval allows a new tower location and increased ERP. The FAA must still give its approval. The expiration date of the CP is June 11, 2010. I'm sure Goodman.TV will get this new facility up and running long before then.
