Forecast models are showing a fairly well amplified weather system
crossing the area Monday into Tuesday...Temperatures at the surface are
expected to be in the high 50's or low 60's with plenty of moisture and
upper level energy available....Hopefully this will be just a rain
event...However if the conditions do come together just right a
conditional severe threat would exist...Including possible
tornadoes...Please review local forcasts carefully for any changes

So Texx who do you forecast the weather for?
I hope they are never as bad as that last one!!....Looks like the moisture return is going to lag behind the arrival of the front some what...I expect isolated severe with a very limited tornado threat....Probably a Squall line...As far as your question...I've been interested in the weather since I was a kid...I used to chase storms with Morris James back in the early 70's KTTS on Jefferson days....I "NOWCAST" for a group of professional storm chasers that roam across "TORNADO ALLEY" and I'm currently Regional Coordinator for the National Weather Service SKYWARN program in the Springfield/SWMO/SEKS area....My "TAGLINE" from the other "Boards" that I belong to says it all...."I'm not a Meteorologist...I just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night..."
