From RBR:
My Town Media Inc., made up of an AM and two FMs in an unrated portion of Kansas, will be upgrading to superduopoly status with the acquisition of KINZ-FM Humboldt KS. The seller is Sutcliffe Communications.
My Town is headed by William B. Wachter and backed by David L. Murfin. It’ll pay $330K for KINZ, which it has been operating in an LMA since the beginning of November. My Town’s other stations include KKOY AM-FM Chanute KS and KSNP-FM Burlington KS.

I believe My Town also owns KWXD and KHST, and they have Kiss 103.1 KEKS in Emporia. They were originally going to sell to Tallgrass, but it looks like that deal fell through. Rumor is that Tallgrass couldn't come up with the financing.
