Radio station owner faces marijuana charge

Marshall Ice, owner and general manager of KACY Radio, and his wife Meagan Ice., were arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana.
Cowley County Drug Task Force Agents, Kansas Bureau of Investigation Agents, Arkansas City Police Officers, Cowley County Deputies, and Kansas Highway Patrol Troopers executed a search at Ice's residence in the 1900 block of North C Street. Their residence is near the Arkansas City Middle School.
Police say they found a "large quantity of Marijuana and numerous items of drug paraphernalia." Police did not specify how much was found.
Marshall Wade Ice, 32 of Arkansas City, and Megan Lee Ice, 28 of Arkansas City, were arrested on offenses of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sale within 1000 feet of a School, Possession, of Drug Paraphernalia. and No Drug Tax Stamp.?
The subjects were booked into the Cowley County Detention Center each having a bond of $7000
