The big move sends Sneaky Wax back to Mailwaukee from Omaha where he will preside over the troubled TMJ-4 TV. (it's been fixed so much it's now broken)
Sneaky Wax is the guy who fired Bill Jensen in Omaha just 18-months shy of retirement. Obviously, this promotion is a reward for that. 
Maybe RH could get a big office in Milwaukee if he canned VJ, thus eliminating the strange odors emitting from the bathroom on the east end of the Sringfield building from a guy who obviously is too full of himself
What VJ doesn't realize is you have an expiration date with Jurinal
