I hear things have changed at Mountain Grove.  What's the latest over there?

KELE-FM and KOZX-FM were sold to Ozark Media in Lebanon/Fort Leonard Wood at the beginning of the year. Ozark Media owns KFLW. I was scheduled to return to that company to become the station's PD, but received a much better offer to stay at KTXR.

This deal doesn't include KELE-AM, which is supposed to move to Ripley, OH. No big loss.

There is much work that needs to be done. A LOT of work. Best of luck to their new PD Shawn Anthony. Many exciting changes are on the way.

A little birdy told me they're calling it "The Grove".   Not bad.

The Grove is trying to play catchup with the Houston station that has over run the area. No shock that when Houston finally got a real owner and management it would take off.
