Dean Goodman’s GoodRadio.TV LLC agreed to pay Dennis and Susan Patrick’s Legend Communications of Missouri LLC $2.2 million for an AM/FM combo in Clinton, Mo. Country KDKD-AM and adults hits KDKD-FM are the only two stations Legend owns in Missouri, but it has 13 other stations in the West and a pair of CPs in Wyoming.
Goodman’s operation, which debuted about 15 months ago, owns and operates 22 stations in Missouri and Iowa.
Susan Patrick, based in Elkridge, Md., brokered the deal.
