One of the "Sunshine Boys" here to say who signs the paycheck has lots of influence over the news in Montana. The news director of this particular station, an employee for over 50 years, quit when he got into a disagreement for airing a story about the station's office manager being busted for fraud/theft.
As a Sunshine Boy (and yes, I have had my meds, prunes, and BM today) this is plain wrong. NEWS SHOULD NOT BE INFLUENCED.
If we can't have the news reported without influence then we can kiss Democracy good buy.
