Anyone out there picking up the digitla signals from Springfield TV?  How far from Fordland be you, and what was your reception in the heavy rain this week?

I'll buy you some coffee.......

Hi Buddy,

Digital signal reception is interesting. My house is about 45 air miles from the Fordland towers and the full power Springfield digitals come in at about 90%. I have never experienced any rain fade to the point of losing a signal.  I'm also getting KMOS-DT from Sedalia about half the time. Columbia's KOMU-DT is a regular visitor, KRCG on digital channel 12 is tough. I've only received it once.  St Louis comes in a few times a month and probably would more if my antenna were turned that way.

TV DXing with digital is as much fun as analog and is better as the channels are identified for you. Furthest DTV signal I've received was from Huntsville, Alabama. It lasted for several hours.
