| I am relatively new to this, so I need some help with this one. When a station has tower light outages, what is the procedure and who do you report it to? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Pretty sure the first step is to call the FAA, at 800-322-2377, and give them your tower registration number, which should be somewhere on your tower reading sheet.

Hopefully, when you call the FAA you'll get a case number to use when you report the lights fixed. You have 15 days to correct the violation, as they see it.
BTW, your registration number SHOULD be prominently displayed on the tower, or visible from the tower base.
Now, have some coffee

| Thanks for the info, but it seems the 800 number is connected to a gas station.

| Try 877-487-6867. It's the national clearinghouse for tower light outages, actually answered by Lockheed Martin. This is the official word from FAA. Check other posts
