Inquiring minds want to know...

Was doing some surfing tonight and pulled up the ownership page for KMMO Marshall.  Noticed that 45 percent of Missouri Valley Broadcasting is owned by one Michael A. Phillips. of Colfax, Wisconsin.  Further research finds that Mr. Phillips owns a web design and marketing firm (sitepro.com) and that they were an exhibitor at the last NAB convention.

OK, so why doesn't the station that you basically have a major interest in doesn't have a website?

A quote from upper mngt, "We won't put up a website till we can find a way of making money off of it."  This quote is from the sales manager, which an indication as to why this station is so messed up.  If your Sales manager can't figure out a way to make money off of having a website, then you're in serious trouble.  With all the stuff that's going down at the Marshall station you'd think they be brainstorming some "new" ideas to improve their rep. in the area....
