Saw this on R&R:
Clear Channel/Cincinnati director of AM talk programming Darryl Parks confirms that talk WKRC morning host John Phillips' contract was not renewed and that talk WLW reporter/anchor Will Sterrett has exited due to budget cuts. Phillips leaves Brian Thomas to continue solo in mornings at WKRC. Sterrett has a diverse background, having worked in many different formats.
IIRC, he worked in Columbia in the late 90s. Anybody heard from Will?

I was both surprised and disappointed to see that Will was let go at WLW. However, Will has a lot of talent, and I know he'll land on his feet.

| The budget ax has been swinging everywhere it seems. Will has accomplished a lot.. I bet he will be back somewhere big before we know it.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm doing just fine.
Check that. I'm doing really well.
I moved back to Missouri last weekend and am making that my 'staging area' while I look for my next opportunity. Obviously this isn't a good time of the year to be looking, but right after New Year's a lot of things are opening and I'm very optimistic about it all.
