Is there still an allocation for a station at 103.5 in Huntsville, MO? I know Mike Rice once had a CP for a 50kW station, there, but I don't know if the allocation still exists, or if it has since been removed. Anybody got any info?

103.5 in Huntsville, MO is a reserved NCE allotment in the commercial band. It could be a class C2 station and the expected 60 dbu population is over 83,000 people.

Thanks for the quick reply! Are there any current applications for the frequency? It would be nice to see that frequency go to someone that might actually do some good with it as a community broadcaster instead of another glorified religious translator that the area needs like a hole in the head...

I believe the FCC will have to open an application window for these reserved NCE frequencies. They did not accept applications for them in the 2007 NCE window. However the FCC did just update their allotment table to correct a few errors and that might mean an upcoming window...or not.
