Made a run to Mammoth Spring, Arkansas and back on Friday and I have never enjoyed listening to radio as a I did with K95 in Thayer.  The jock on was a guy named Mike.  He was hillarious and kept me entertained.  Don't know if they VT but if it was he certainly made it sound "live."  It wasn't some dude reading off a long list of "today in history" but a guy who had spunk, told great stories and kept the listener engaged.  Hope he enjoyed the barbeque at the fair that night because he made it sound like it was fantastic.  If I had more time I might have stopped to check it out myself.  Good work, Mike.

That was one of the Neathery stations for many, many years before they sold to their general manager Bob Eckman.

I listened during their severe weather coverage when there was a tornado warning out for the area. They were on at around 1:00 AM and doing a great job. True local radio at it's best!

That's why I enjoy listening to Techpuppy's KZ88.  I may not agree with their political programs, but, by golly, the music and features are how to do a radio station.  Many years of experience pay off.
