There hasn't been a lot of talk about this.... but, its a sad state of radio. KOBC is no longer a local station as of Friday KLOVE format went on the air. The air staff was let go as well. I hope they all can find new employment. KOBC had a great sound it's sad that voice will be lost.

Yes I know a guy named John Roberts(the real John Roberts not me) that was going to lose his job. I think Ozark Christian college was forced to sell it for financial reasons, they sold 1310 to Zimmer a few years ago. I figured the new owner would try to cut costs, this is modernday radio not good.

| I worked there for about four years on both KOBC and KOCR (1310). I really feel bad for Rob, T.C., Dave and Lisa, and all the part timers. Those were some good times!
